QA results you can check for yourself.

An automatic score is only useful if your team, your auditors and your regulator can see where it came from.

The decision

Assay’s decision engine turns each rule into a precise yes-or-no question and answers it with a measured confidence, not a paragraph of text. A confident answer and a borderline one are treated differently.

The evidence

Assay scores each line of the conversation against the rule and shows the lines that decided it. Quotes are always real lines from the transcript, never text written by an AI model.

The explanation

A language model writes the one-sentence reason next to a result, suggests clearer wording for a rule and drafts coaching notes, but only from results that already exist. It never decides whether a rule passed.

The check on the checker

A small random share of passed conversations goes to a person, and blind review hides Assay’s answer until they decide. Agreement is measured on those decisions, and every rule shows where your team disagreed.

Every conversation, not a sample

Reviewing by hand

2 of 100 conversations read. The other 98 are never looked at.

With Assay

100 of 100 checked. 2 failed a check, 5 went to a person, the rest were recorded.
